Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

a. Log in to your account on the DWISI App.

b. Go to Me -> Menu -> Delete Account.

c. Follow the prompts and confirm your intention to delete your account.

Consequences of Account Deletion

Once you delete your account:

a. You will be able to recover your account again within 30 days. After that, your account information, including personal details, preferences, and usage history, will be permanently removed from our systems.

b. You will lose access to all content and data associated with your account, including any purchased services or subscriptions.

c. Your account will no longer be accessible, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services in the future.

Retention of Information

While your account information is deleted from our active systems, some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or internal operational purposes, such as:

a. Records required to comply with legal obligations.

b. Information necessary for fraud detection, prevention, and security purposes.

c. Anonymized or aggregated data that does not personally identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
